Micheal Wagner

Coach, Pitching Instructor

As a pitching and fitness specialist, I am passionately committed to helping young athletes reach their highest potential by implementing strength, power, and explosive movements through functional training. My philosophy is “that if we have great posture and can work through dynamic and functional movement patterns we can maximize the gifts we’ve been given.” I provide each athlete with a fun, motivating, and intense atmosphere each session. My 9 year professional baseball career has equipped me with the tools to teach focus, mental toughness, and preparation to play at the professional level.

Carolyn Daniel

Coach, Softball Instructor

I am passionate about teaching proper and efficient pitching mechanics. I focus on getting athletes to their full potential and preventing injury. I understand that some athlete’s biomechanics will require creativity for efficiency and effectiveness. Although the physical part of the game is very important, the mental aspect is even more so. Pitchers need to be able think the game, work through adversity and fatigue, and grind until the last out. My goal is to help make these young athletes the best they can be and be able to compete at the highest level. I have 7 years of Division 1 coaching experience and look forward to sharing my knowledge of the game, pitching, and recruiting process at TBTC.
